SAAF has taken out liability insurance and provided a guarantee in accordance with the rules of the Danish Bar and Law Society. The liability insurance covers the practice of all legal services, regardless of where the legal services are practiced.

We are subject to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act. The law obliges us to collect and store clients' identity information for five years. Therefore, clients must provide their name, address and CPR or CVR no. when opening a case and, if necessary, show proof of this. For companies, information and documentation of beneficial ownership must also be made available.
